RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Robert Parle Flooring & Furniture aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

This policy explains your rights regarding returns, exchanges and refunds.

Standard Stock Items

Unused standard stock items may be eligible for return where:

• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
• Goods remain unused
• Goods are in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Returns must be approved by us before goods are returned.

Special Order Products

The following products are generally non-returnable unless faulty:

• Made-to-measure flooring
• Special-order furniture
• Customised products
• Cut-to-size materials
• Bespoke items

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Customers should inspect goods upon delivery.

If goods arrive damaged or develop a manufacturing defect, please notify us as soon as possible.

We may inspect the product before determining an appropriate remedy.

Where a fault is confirmed, we may offer:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund
• Alternative resolution permitted by law

 

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Klarna Purchases

Where Klarna has been used, approved refunds will be processed through Klarna in accordance with their procedures.

Customers remain responsible for meeting any payment obligations due before Klarna confirms receipt of the refund.

Return Costs

Unless goods are faulty, return shipping or collection costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights available under Irish law.
