By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We supply flooring, furniture, blinds, accessories and related products and services, including:

  • Flooring supply and installation
  • Furniture supply
  • Measuring services
  • Delivery services
  • Flooring fitting and installation

 

All products are subject to availability.

QUOTATIONS

3.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Quotations are based on information available at the time of preparation.
3.3 We reserve the right to amend quotations where measurements, specifications or customer requirements change.

ORDERS

4.1 An order is deemed accepted when:

a) A deposit is paid; or
b) Written confirmation is received from the customer; or
c) We issue an order confirmation.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where stock availability, pricing errors or other circumstances prevent fulfilment.
4.3 If an order is cancelled by us, any payments made will be refunded in full.

PRICING

5.1 All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
5.2 Prices may change without notice, however confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.
5.3 Installation, delivery, floor preparation and additional works may be charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

6.1 A deposit may be required before products are ordered or installation is scheduled.
6.2 Full payment must be received prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3 For installation projects, the balance may become due immediately upon completion.
6.4 Ownership of goods remains with Robert Parle Flooring & Furniture until payment has been received in full.

KLARNA PAYMENTS

7.1 We may offer Klarna payment options at checkout.
7.2 Payment options available through Klarna are subject to eligibility and approval by Klarna.
7.3 Klarna is an independent payment provider. We do not make lending decisions and accept no responsibility for Klarna’s approval process.
7.4 When selecting Klarna as your payment method, your personal data may be shared with Klarna to assess eligibility and administer your payment plan.
7.5 Payment obligations under any Klarna agreement are owed directly to Klarna.
7.6 For Klarna’s terms and privacy information, customers should refer to Klarna’s own terms available during checkout.
7.7 Missing payments to Klarna may affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.
7.8 Klarna products are subject to status and eligibility criteria.

MEASURING AND INSTALLATION

8.1 Customers must ensure accurate access to the property.
8.2 Any additional work identified during installation may incur extra charges.
8.3 Natural variations in colour, texture, grain and finish are characteristics of many flooring and furniture products and are not considered defects.
8.4 Customers should inspect all products upon completion and notify us of any concerns within 48 hours.

DELIVERY

9.1 Delivery dates are estimates only.
9.2 We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, weather, force majeure events or circumstances outside our control.
9.3 Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
9.4 Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or shortages.

CANCELLATIONS

10.1 Customers may cancel an order before products have been specially ordered.
10.2 Special-order, bespoke, made-to-measure or customised products cannot usually be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced.
10.3 Any costs incurred by us before cancellation may be deducted from refunds where permitted by law.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

11.1 Customers have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
11.2 Standard stock items may be eligible for return subject to:

  • Prior approval
  • Being unused
  • Being in original
  • packaging
  • Being returned within 14 days of delivery
